Job Description

We one of the Chartered Accountant Firms in UAE, requires an Audit / Accounts and Administration Manager for our operations in Qatar. The ideal candidate should establish strategic goals by gathering pertinent business, financial, service, and operations information moreover accomplish financial objectives by forecasting requirements.

Duties and responsibilities include:

. Evaluate the significant judgments that relate to engagement planning, includes the consideration of the company’s business, recent significant activities, and related financial reporting issues and risks, and the judgments made about materiality and the effect of those judgments on the engagement strategy.
. Evaluate the engagement team’s assessment of, and audit responses to significant risks identified by the engagement team, including fraud risks.
. Assist to Prepare Audit Plan based on risk assessment including tasks, assignments and timelines for completion for each task and main activities, and reporting results of audit;
. Assisting the management in drafting replies for audit report and financial statements raised by the clients
. Ensuring the completes of audit working papers by documenting audit tests and findings in line with ISQC
. Appraises adequacy of internal control systems by completing audit questionnaires
. IFRS Compliance Checks and preparation of related checklists
. Assisting Preparation of Financial Statements as per IFRS
. Conduct lead generation, develops and runs strategic planning sessions to identify major client groups and determine the best way to communicate company services to them
. Maintain effective working relationships with local and international banks, government officials and other representatives
. Liaise and form informal networks with a range of stakeholders including customers, key spokespeople, bankers and partner organizations
. Plan and allocate resources and individuals in accordance with skills and schedules
. Liaise with and respond to enquiries from clients, organizations, and web often via telephone and email
. Participates in high level client meetings / discussions with the marketing team moreover attend conferences, exhibitions, client visits, sales meetings and events
. Meets with clients, follow up their enquiries moreover assist marketing team with maintaining relationships, negotiating and closing the deals
. Conduct target market research and consistently be knowledgeable about the trends and innovations in our industry
. Assist in preparing marketing presentations, manuals and guides preparation of marketing activities for key target clients
. Conducting any other related task that may be assigned by the management
. Maintain staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting, and training employees moreover maintaining a safe and secure work environment; developing personal growth opportunities
. Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential partners moreover discovering and exploring opportunities

Desired Candidate Profile

. Graduate in Accounting / Commerce
. Minimum 5 – 8 years of experience,
. Supervisory experience with demonstrated ability to delegate, coach, mentor and develop others
. Excellent analytical, written communication, interpersonal, organizational and presentation skills
. Strong client relationship and employee management skills
. Detail and deadline oriented and should have the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
