•Developing and maintaining relationships with TP insurance companies
•Reconciliation of balances
•Processing of TP files
•Adherence to Financial Control Framework
•Internal and/ or external audits, reports and investigations
•Validation, aggregation and analysis of financial data
•Providing support to Motor Recovery Executive & closely monitoring monthly collections as per target
•Maintaining all books of accounts and preparation of monthly MIS reports.
•Liaison with Banks, Insurance companies and Auditors.
•Responsible for banking – L/Cs, Shipping Guarantees and Collection documents.
•Manage monthly general ledger closing, preparation & review of accruals and prepaid expenses.
•Reconciliation of inventory, bank, customers and suppliers accounts.
•Review of Account Receivables and ensuring timely collection of dues from the export customers and local customers.
•Managing Fixed Assets in the Accounting software with all details such as addition of assets, insurance and monthly depreciation
Min 2-3 years UAE experience in recovery role in an insurance company.
Negotiation skills & Communication skills.
