Our Construction company is hiring a Accountant – Administrator.
The candidate should have experience in the GCC at least 2 years with a degree in Accounting (assistant accountant)
Provides financial information to management by researching and analysing accounting data, preparing reports.
* Admission, the issuance and processing of primary documents, services rendered and executed works contractors (processing in the accounting program, regular preparation of reports)
* Accounting for expenses with advance holders, control the correctness of accountable documents.
* Receiving / distribution of incoming calls and correspondence, sending correspondence
* Document management
* Order the necessary office supplies (water, stationery, lunches)
* Perform administrative orders manager
* Other basic office Administration works (keeping and control of customer folder, pay bills, buy tickets, control visas for employees, buy office stuff and etc.)
Female; Any Nationality; Min 2 Year of Exp ; Bachelor Degree; Age between 25-40
Compensation will be competitive determined by experience.
